1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
Meister Werks provides:
• Automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair
• BMW-specialized service
• Select European & performance vehicle service (case-by-case)
• Indoor vehicle storage & preservation
• MeisterCare membership services
All services are performed based on technician availability, facility capacity, and service approval.
2. SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
No work will be performed without customer authorization.
Authorization may be provided via:
• Written estimate approval
• Digital approval
• Email or SMS confirmation
• Signed service agreement
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all recommended services prior to work beginning.
3. ESTIMATES & PRICING
Estimates are based on visible and preliminary inspections.
Additional costs may arise if:
• Hidden damage is discovered
• Additional parts are required
• Performance modifications affect serviceability
• Factory components are seized, worn, or previously altered
We will communicate any changes before proceeding whenever possible.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved forms of payment including:
• Credit / debit cards
• Financing providers (if applicable)
• Membership billing agreements
Vehicles may be held until balances are paid in full, in accordance with California lien laws.
5. WARRANTY
We stand behind our workmanship and select parts under a limited service warranty.
Warranty coverage:
• Applies only to services performed by Meister Werks
• Does not cover customer-supplied parts
• Does not cover performance or racing use
• Does not cover failures caused by unrelated components
Warranty terms and duration may vary by service and will be outlined on your invoice.
6. MODIFIED & PERFORMANCE VEHICLES
We specialize in BMW performance and modified vehicles; however:
• Service is approved case-by-case
• Aftermarket parts may affect diagnostics
• Tuning software may limit factory testing
• Additional labor may be required
We are not responsible for failures related to pre-existing modifications or non-OEM components.
7. PARTS PROCUREMENT
We may install:
• OEM parts
• OEM-equivalent parts
• Performance upgrades (upon request)
Part selection is based on availability, vehicle needs, and customer approval.
Customer-supplied parts:
• Must be disclosed in advance
• Carry no workmanship or part warranty
• May be declined at our discretion
8. VEHICLE STORAGE TERMS
Indoor vehicle storage clients agree to the following:
• Storage fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Vehicles must be registered & insured unless in long-term preservation status
• Fuel levels must be disclosed
• Fluid leaks must be reported
Meister Werks is not liable for:
• Pre-existing mechanical issues
• Battery failure due to age
• Manufacturer defects
• Acts of nature beyond reasonable control
Reasonable care and monitoring are provided at all times.
9. ABANDONED VEHICLES
Vehicles left without communication or payment beyond agreed timelines may be considered abandoned.
We reserve the right to:
• Apply storage fees
• Pursue lien sale procedures
• Recover unpaid balances
All actions will comply with California state regulations.
10. MEISTERCARE MEMBERSHIP
Membership programs provide preventative planning, service benefits, and ownership support.
Membership terms:
• Benefits vary by tier
• Non-transferable unless approved
• Monthly or annual billing applies
• Cancellation terms may apply
Membership does not eliminate the cost of repairs, parts, or major services unless explicitly stated.
11. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We operate by appointment to maintain service quality.
We request:
• 24–48 hours notice for cancellations
• Timely vehicle pickup upon completion
Storage or holding fees may apply for extended delays.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meister Werks is not liable for:
• Loss of vehicle use
• Towing expenses (unless pre-approved)
• Personal property left inside vehicles
• Delays caused by parts availability
• Manufacturer backorders
Customers are advised to remove valuables before service or storage.
13. WEBSITE USE
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Meister Werks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
14. PRIVACY
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
